Solar Without Borders resides within another non-profit organisation, BISZ, which provides the social frame of the SWB projects in Togo.
There is little use to a fridge running on photovoltaic modules if there isn't a nurse around to keep and administer the right medicines and vaccines.
There is no use for solar powered light in schools if nobody sees to it that it this light is actually used during the evening courses.
